01 / ROBOTIZATION:

We develop, design, implement and operate robotic workplaces. Thanks to their high flexibility and a wide range of functions, industrial robots are ideal for integration into production units, where they help to streamline and automate individual processes. The spectrum of use of industrial robots is really wide, they are especially suitable for activities requiring high precision and repeatability. In addition to increasing the quality of production, the implementation of robots fundamentally increases the efficiency and volume of work.

Today's industrial robots have a fully intelligent software solution, which, in combination with suitable accessories and functions, ensures not only their own safety, but above all the protection of operators and tools.

02 / LASER SYSTEMS

One of our main specialties is the design and implementation of laser systems. In the first phase, we always try to select the appropriate technology and technological process according to the needs of the specific application and then validate them. For this purpose, we use our own technologies, or cooperate with laser manufacturers and their development centers. After the suitability of the proposed procedure and technology has been validated, the machine or workplace is visualized and any adjustments made, as well as subsequent production and assembly at the client's workplace.

Professional training of the client's staff is an integral part of our deliveries, and warranty and post-warranty support is a matter of course.

03 / SPECIAL SINGLE PURPOSE MACHINES:

We develop, design, realize and operate single-purpose machines. These are fully automated or semi-automated devices. We deliver feasibility studies, test equipment and manufacture complex turnkey machines.

We are always based on your requirements, our many years of experience and the specific needs of the project so that you can stand up to the tough competition and meet the requirements of even the most demanding clients.

04 / APPLICATION LASER TECHNOLOGIES:

Our experienced team of engineers is able to advise and be available to the client on any laser technology (welding, marking, cleaning, hardening, surfacing, soldering, cutting) and their implementation and tuning for a specific application. And this both already in the phase of building the laser system, and of course also as part of follow-up support after handing over the work.

We also pay attention to our own education and moving forward so that we manage to keep up with this progress. One of the important aspects of how to achieve this is long-term cooperation with academic workplaces, e.g. with the Academy of Sciences, ZČU in Pilsen, Czech Technical University in Prague, etc., which significantly increases our know-how. Of course, we immediately try to implement the acquired knowledge and experience into our projects and orders.
